SUMMARY OF THE ROLE The position holder will be in charge of managing and producing internal and external reporting requirements. Management information requirements have expanded, and the position holder will be critical in identifying efficiencies in the reporting process, building important management information repositories, and ensuring contractual performance reports are delivered on time to our stakeholders. The incumbent will collaborate with all service delivery teams to ensure that data is gathered appropriately in order to meet reporting requirements. KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS AND COMMUNICATIONS Communication is critical throughout the organization. The position holder will be expected to maintain good working connections with all parts of the business, including our Executive Management Team, Service Leads, and support departments such as HR, Rota, and Payroll. It is critical to maintain a high degree of quality and ensure that the material provided is understood by the intended audience. The post holder will also be required to communicate with our external stakeholders, which will include contract Commissioners from Health and Social Care organizations. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES The position holder will be responsible for the following main responsibilities: To assist the Management Information and Systems Integration Manager in providing an information analysis service by developing appealing, inventive, and persuasive ways to convey information to internal and external stakeholders. To compile and deliver detailed and highly accurate data analyses, as well as to provide first-line support and rapid responses to stakeholder inquiries about team reports. To help with the design, development, implementation, and upkeep of proper data warehousing processes. To look for new ways to automate and display analytical data to internal and external stakeholders. To be in charge of the establishment, development, maintenance, and management of current (and extra) databases and systems in order to enable quick, accurate analysis of quality, efficiency, and performance improvements. To constantly expand and improve our Power BI environment, looking for innovative ways to offer reports and dashboards to both internal and external clients. Collaborate closely with partners and stakeholders to plan and implement information collection in a timely manner to ensure its availability across numerous channels. Engage with external information content owners to resolve concerns of low quality and late updates. To assist in the development and regular and timely updating of a variety of analytics and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders. On a regular basis, provide data support to the corporate team and ensure that all monitoring requirements are met to a high quality and professional level in accordance with approved quality standards and governance criteria. To verify that supplied data is authentic and reliable, and that data is securely kept in accordance with data protection legislation and appropriate policies and procedures. Assist in the creation of frequent and timely monitoring reports, as well as the construction and upkeep of processes and systems for automating the updating of routine analyses and dashboards. To be in charge of coordinating the production and input to daily, monthly, and quarterly reports, as well as developing systems to reduce the time required to update these. Assist with the review of routine reports on a regular basis to ensure that they continue to fulfill the demands of the recipients and contractual requirements. As needed, give ad hoc analysis and interpretation. To support the structures that exist within the teams to ensure that normal duties are covered. To aid stakeholders in the effective analysis and interpretation of produced reports. To guarantee good team communication, be involved in and participate in meetings, team briefings, development days, corporate events, and so on. To participate in frequent assessments and performance reviews with the line manager against agreed-upon objectives. To actively identify one's own development requirements and commit to a personal development plan based on continual learning. Corporate Office Support Develop and maintain expert understanding of important program issues in order to effectively manage and prioritize workload and make suitable judgments in the absence of other program team members. Maintain a solid working relationship with our Health and Social Care Commissioners and, where necessary, represent the data team at contract meetings.
