Your new duty This position is part of the The Workplace & Personal Financial Health technology team, which operates using agile methodologies. The team is accountable for supporting and implementing a portfolio of projects, including regulatory and business-driven initiatives, as agreed upon by WPFH. As a BA, you will be required to be self-reliant, comprehend complicated business concerns, and comprehend their technological ramifications, all while managing organization-wide change. You will be working on a variety of projects, including regulatory initiatives, data migrations, platform migrations, and product development. In this capacity, you will be responsible for leading junior business analysts on projects. What you'll require for success To be eligible for this position, you must be an experienced Business Analyst who has worked on a range of Projects and can operate independently upon joining the organisation. A background in Asset Management is preferred, however other Financial Services backgrounds will be considered. It is essential that you have extensive knowledge of Agile, as this will be utilised throughout your entire role.
