Your new duties: The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing the efficiency of Business Processes, enhancing employee decision-making, and enhancing the business's compliance. Documenting business request requirements, finding opportunities for improvement, and communicating with key stakeholders, facilitators, and testers. You will perform process identification, definition, and mapping in this capacity (as-is). Participate in the planning and design of future business processes, including the formulation of recommendations to enhance and support company operations. Use meetings, document analysis, requirements workshops/walkthroughs for visioning, surveys, business process descriptions, user stories, use case modelling and specification, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis to collect needs. Conduct in-depth research to transform business needs into accurate, high-quality user stories or functional specifications that are clear, short, and easy for the reporting/development team to comprehend and implement. Facilitating the development of internal test strategies, validation, and user acceptability testing for clients. Coordinate with all stakeholders throughout the process, including business process owners, the development team, and quality assurance (QA) personnel. This includes project launch, client approval, and project closure. Challenge and enhance departmental processes pertinent to your position.
