Your new business A specialised digital ecommerce agency that designs, develops, maintains, and markets B2C and B2B ecommerce websites on behalf of its clients, ranging from small, independent businesses to multinational corporations. Your new duty Business Analyst to join the expanding projects team and lead the delivery of eCommerce customer projects while working remotely. The service is diverse, as will be the tasks you work on. From UX/UI Improvements to Integrations, as well as anything else. You will oversee the end-to-end delivery of client projects, including understanding client goals and decomposing projects into specified, actionable tasks, interacting with design and development teams, ensuring projects fulfil acceptance criteria, and enabling go-live activities. Using a waterfall technique to manage the delivery of client projects from the beginning of the software development lifecycle until project launch. Working collaboratively with external clients to deliver projects, from gathering project requirements to going live. Working together with internal design and development teams to provide client-specific solutions. - Ensuring that all projects fulfil acceptance requirements. Issue resolution and escalation throughout the lifecycle of the project. Internal advocacy for preferred tools and systems Data analysis, extraction, and reporting are performed. What you'll require for success Essential Degree/equivalent experience in a relevant discipline. Minimum of three years' experience as a Business Analyst or in a related position within website or software development. prior client interaction experience Desirable Expertise in the creation of e-commerce websites. Experience delivering projects using a waterfall approach. PRINCE 2 certification. Expertise with the Atlassian product family (Jira, Confluence).
