I am searching for a skilled Data Architect to join a major data and analytics unit inside a top Environmental firm. As a Data Architect, you will be responsible for master data management, data modeling, and helping to build our data governance standards. A technical team of Data Engineers will be managed and led by the Data Architect. Examine each system, dataset, and data flow to discover areas for improvement. Become a recognized subject matter expert in master data management issues. Make that that MDM policies, standards, and supporting service artifacts are defined, agreed upon, and followed. Oversee the implementation of Master Data requirements in actual operations. Create and maintain all documentation and metadata for each managed dataset that is required. Implement data governance mechanisms in collaboration with appropriate data, systems, and business units. We are seeking for someone who possesses a combination of: Proven track record as a Data Architect. Excellent SQL, Python, and Databricks knowledge. Experience architecting, creating, and implementing Microsoft Azure Stack solutions. Experience with master data management tools such as Profisee / Semarchy. Proven knowledge in data governance, data lifecycle management, and data mapping. Strong communication abilities, including the ability to communicate at multiple levels and departments.
