Your new business A big Worcestershire NHS trust is now seeking a Digital Business Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract. Your primary responsibility as a Digital Business Analyst will be to assist clinical and operational teams in implementing a new Intensive Care Unit (ICU) clinical system. You will become an expert in clinical systems required for ICU operations in order to plan appropriate change initiatives and respond effectively to stakeholder inquiries. Coordinate the efforts required to optimise the utilisation of current systems and enhance the working practises of existing systems. Your new duty Analyze the clinical and non-clinical business throughout the ICU project's life cycle to ensure proper project decisions, IT innovations, and ultimately successful ICT-enabled change. Using the agreed-upon business transformation processes, ensure that new systems are deployed effectively and that stakeholders are reaping the anticipated benefits of the new ways of working. Identify and record clinical and operational system requirements that can be satisfied through the installation of the Philips CareView system using a number of methodologies with key stakeholders. To serve as the primary point of contact for clinical and operational teams requiring assistance in resolving business difficulties related to the installation of the Philips CareView system, and to coordinate the efforts necessary to resolve these issues. Develop or revise, in collaboration with stakeholders, documentation, policies, procedures, and standards to enable the incorporation of new ways of working and new IT systems. What you'll require for success Degree or related experience Recent NHS experience.
