Job Purpose The candidate will collaborate with the UK Executive team and stakeholders to translate emerging possibilities into excellent business and customer outcomes that enable the company to accomplish its objective of becoming the most admired healthcare provider in the United Kingdom. They will assist UK Business Change Managers in comprehending the firm, its operations and procedures, as well as the environmental, market, and healthcare industry contexts, in order to provide cost-effective solutions that enable the business to realise its goals. Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to translate these outcomes into particular targets, and then identify specific needs and ranked business requirements. Examine these needs and requirements through many lenses, such as those of customers, partners, employees, the business, and its regulators, recognising and managing the competing tensions to generate acceptable specifications that, in turn, drive realistic deliverables. Provide critical input to the development of the client's digital agenda, applying a comprehensive set of business analysis skills to support the transformation of our digital capabilities across online and mobile channels – for example, developing new mobile apps and online experiences; using digital messaging to strengthen relationships with our customers; building and improving underlying technology and security platforms; and innovating our propositions to compete effectively in the marketplace. Identify, contribute to, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies of the project. Possess a comprehensive understanding of compliance standards (e.g., corporate risk register) and exhibit a rigorous and forensic approach to raising and confronting issues. Effectively interact and collaborate with a wide variety of internal and external colleagues at all levels, from frontline employees to directors and leadership teams. Establish and manage successful and trustworthy relationships with critical business and partner contacts, constructing an efficient personal network. Establish credibility by demonstrating a solid grasp of the fundamental strategic objectives and drivers. Utilize business acumen and knowledge of technology, processes, people, and systems to uncover opportunities to deliver results that beyond stakeholder expectations. Demonstrate exceptional persuasion abilities and natural gravitas to create organization-wide transformation. When appropriate, question and alter concepts, project scope, direction, and outcomes. Credentials, Training, and Experience Possess a bachelor's degree or its equivalent, or a Business Analysis and/or Change Management certification (preferred at the Practitioner level) from a recognised professional body such as APMG, ISEB/BCS, or IIBA. Demonstrate a history of effective Change delivery within the Healthcare and/or Financial Services industries, preferably with e-commerce or digital environment experience. Demonstrate knowledge of the digital landscape, especially the emergence of new digital tools and technology. Demonstrate a solid understanding of proven Change and Business Analysis approaches (such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile) and the use of pertinent platforms (e.g. Jira and Confluence). Demonstrate a passion for Change-led innovation, identifying and successfully deploying cutting-edge technologies and approaches to enable the organisation to reach its intended future state quickly. Exhibit tremendous initiative, zeal, and a "can-do" mentality; being able to take the chance and manage high-intensity activities in a dynamic, fast-paced atmosphere of transformation.
