This is a contract assignment paying between £400 and £450 per day within IR35, and the first contract will last between 3 and 6 months, with possible extensions. This is a hybrid schedule, with two days a week spent in the Reading office and the rest at home. Job Description You will review and report on HR information associated with internal changes You will determine whose positions are at risk, how the teams will appear, and how the business is evolving. Numerous interactions with business stakeholders, including the Change team, Systems team, and HR. Must attend meetings and deliver results of data analysis and reporting. Will also need to create a daily action record so that the organisation can identify which tasks have been completed and which are still outstanding. Capable of working on many projects at varying levels. Participated in an organisational design team or the implementation of a work force plan. Excel, Pivot, Automation, and a high level of data processing and reporting must be mastered. Essential Requirements You must have previous experience as a reporting analyst or a function with a similar title. You must have prior experience working with Senior Stakeholders on the HR team, be able to boldly analyse, present face-to-face, and challenge the current quo, as well as possess good Excel, data processing, and reporting abilities.
